I found the x and + Blocks here, with the link to the tutorial here and a link to the original here. I made some absolutely scrappy ones and I loved that I could use all these scraps. I didn´t think a lot about how the fabrics go together, as I never do...But I really like the look of a single block.
All together seemed a bit too much for me, so I decided to add some white, to calm down the whole thing. And now the quilt is waiting to be quilted.
But I don´t know how to. Do you have any recomendation?Unfortunately work is so much at the moment, that I won´t be able to start the quilting within ten days...

Oh, das gefällt mir sehr - ein Muster, bei dem man wirklich ganz viele Reste verwenden kann. Der Einzelblock oben ist sensationell, allein schon die Musterverteilung auf dem Kreuz in der Mitte hätte man mit viel Überlegung nie so hingekriegt (bzw. man wäre nie darauf gekommen, dass das so gut aussieht). Quilten: eventuell die Krezue nachquilten und die Linien auf den weißen Zwischenräumen jeweils zum nächsten Block durchlaufen lassen, und bei den diagonalen x-Elementen genauso? (schwer zu erklären, müsste man zeigen)
