Oh my, it has been so long since I have been blogging, I don´t even now which buttons to push.
Sorry for that, but I definetely had my reasons. One of these reasons is that I was really and I mean really busy over christmas. And that started at the beginning of october. Last year I was really struggleing financialwise, and I new that I had to make the christmasbusiness awesome. And that ment sewing like crazy. I attended 3 christmas market weekends in december and I remember that in one period of five days in between two weekends I sewed 36 tops, 48 undies and 20 scarfes. Sleeping was overrated these weeks.
But you now what? It payed of. Lets say I am getting there, Slowly but steady I can breath again. And relax and enjoy life. And I really mean enjoying.
This is the second reason, that I didn´t find the time and energy to blog: I met a really nice man! We are dating and enjoying time together for four months now and it really feels good and real. So please accept my apologies for not beeing to uberactive here. I have some other things to do...;-)
And there is a pattern.
I am really exited to tell you that I wrote a pattern, finally.
I wanted to do that for such a long time. I had already made two versions of this particular quilt and then in my last post I showed you the coloured pavement quilt I made with the amazing Tidal Lace fabric by Kim Anderson.
And I promised to write a pattern. Well that had to wait until the last minute, again- I had other things to do... :-)
But now it is finished. It is ready to get online. You will be able to buy it on craftsy.
I am supernervous, because I never wrote a proper pattern before. I really hope it is understandable and well written, I checked a thousand times and I let some of my quiltbuddies, check and testsew aswell.
